Proclamation Gin

On the nose there are hints of toasted grains reminiscent of summer fields in the central part of the Philippines with the warm, relaxing climate, make a distinct mark. A hint of nutty, salty, and deep earth aromas come through.On the palate this gin is smoky, fermented flavor initially hits the tongue and evolves into a slightly honeyed overall, leaving a satisfying warm finish. It surprises with very little hints of it’s floral infused distillation, and impresses with a unique and fresh character that is smooth and, not surprisingly very organic. The finish is natural, smooth, and tidy with a lingering surprise.
