Pale, bright yellow with tints of green. Intense aroma, which gives all of the freshness and floral notes of jasmine and orange blossom. Background has a slight citrus base, accompanied by apricots and peaches. Persistent and fruity flavor, slightly bitter but just about the right amount. Balanced and smooth, creamy texture, yet accompanied with fresh acidity.
