This Champagne has got a nice gold color. It is clear, limpid and shiny. With air, there are nice citrus fruits aromas. It needs time to open. Salty biscuit, jasmine and salty butter are then appearing. The attack is fresh, tangy and it has notes of cooked apple, fresh fig but also vanilla notes appear. Almond, hazelnut, lime zest, candied lemon but also calisson and autolysis come with finesse.
