A dry white wine made from Piquepoul Blanc in the Picpoul de Pinet appellation of southern France. Its Mediterranean setting gives this wine a refreshing coastal character.

The producer describes citrus and floral aromas, a bright palate and a lively lemon finish. Fermentation at cool temperatures and ageing in stainless steel on fine lees help preserve its freshness.

Pair with oysters, shellfish or grilled fish. Store away from sunlight at a steady temperature.
