A French white blend consisting of predominantly Viognier grapes with some Rolle & Roussanne added in, it shows off a deep straw colored robe and a redolent bouquet of ripe pear, crisp apple, vanilla custard, & gardenia floral aromas. On its' medium-bodied palate, it is crisp & refreshing with bosc pear, lime, & a gravely minerality with some spicy ginger hints complemented by medium acid characters. This wine finishes with a flourish with lingering spiciness in it's long, dry finish.
