Arthus d'Olivey
Varietal:
Arthus d'Olivey is the name that Maison Ginestet gave to this wine from the Grand Cru Classé de Graves, Château Olivier. This ancestor who built and fortified Château Olivier deserved this tribute through a fine and delicate wine. Merlot dominates with its fruitiness and velvety notes, but the powerful spirit is brought by the cabernet sauvignon. A wine with aromas of red and black fruits, finely liquorice notes and runny substance awakened by a peppery finish. Great to pair with a beef ribeye or a game meat.
