Clear pale gold in the glass. A medium intensity on the nose with notes of pear, grapefruit zest, coconut, vanilla, menthol, cream and stone minerals. On the palate the wine is dry with medium+ acidity, medium+ alcohol, medium body, medium+ flavour intensity and a long finish. Flavour notes match the aroma notes with an additional caramel note. Immaculate oak balance - tasting both French and American oak styles.
